How we handle your documents
Every delivery is logged with the date, time, and method, and the envelope is photographed. Each page is scanned the same business day, a staff member confirms which business it belongs to, and it is published to your secure portal. Your authorized contacts are notified by email and text as soon as it is published, and the portal records who opened and acknowledged it.
