Orders start with a short message so we can confirm the details and quote the total in writing. Existing clients can also request this from their portal.
How it goes

- Approve and pay. $100 to us plus the $99 state fee. Expedited state processing is available at the state's added fee if you need it.
- We file. Articles go to the Ohio Secretary of State online, with us named as agent.
- You receive the filed entity. Filed articles, the state receipt, and your next-steps checklist appear in your portal.
