Ohio LLC Operating Agreement, Built From Your Answers

Ohio does not require an LLC to have an operating agreement, but a bank opening your account, a partner joining you, and a court deciding a dispute all expect one. Our builder walks you through every decision an agreement has to make, in plain English, and writes the agreement from your answers. You review it on screen before you pay, and the finished agreement is in your portal to print the moment you do.

Who it's for: Ohio LLC owners who need a real agreement for the bank, a partner, a lender or an investor, without paying an attorney to draft one from scratch.

LLC Operating Agreement questions

Is this legal advice?

No. We are a document-preparation service, not a law firm. The agreement is built from your own answers to questions a lawyer would ask. If your situation is unusual, such as outside investors, multiple classes of ownership or a buy-in on credit, have an attorney review it before you sign.

Can I change it later?

Yes. Your answers stay in the portal. Start a new version from them, change what you need, and pay for the new document.

What about corporations or partnerships?

A corporation uses regulations (bylaws) and a partnership uses a partnership agreement. Those builders are coming; contact us if you need one now.
