S-Corp Election

An S-corporation election changes how the IRS taxes the entity, not what it is under Ohio law. We prepare Form 2553, collect the required shareholder signatures, and file it within the IRS deadline.

Who it's for: LLCs and corporations whose accountant has recommended S-corporation tax treatment.

$100one-time

Order S-Corp Election

Orders start with a short message so we can confirm the details and quote the total in writing. Existing clients can also request this from their portal.

How it goes

  1. Confirm with your accountant. We file the election; whether it saves you money is a question for your CPA.
  2. Sign and pay. $100. Every shareholder signs the consent.
  3. We file. Form 2553 goes to the IRS with proof of transmission.
  4. IRS confirms. Acceptance letters take the IRS roughly 60 days. It goes in your portal when it arrives.

Should I elect S-corp status?
