How it goes
- Send the details. We confirm the name is available in Ohio and tell you what your home state charges for the good-standing certificate.
- Approve and pay. $100 to us plus the $99 Ohio state fee.
- We file. The registration goes to the Ohio Secretary of State with us named as agent.
- You are registered. The filed registration and receipt appear in your portal.
