Apostille
A foreign bank, registry, or court will not accept a plain copy of your Ohio articles. It wants a certified copy with an apostille from the Ohio Secretary of State. We get the certified copy, submit it for the apostille, and ship the finished document to you or your counterpart abroad.
Who it's for: Businesses opening a foreign bank account, subsidiary, or contract that requires authenticated Ohio filings.
state certification and apostille fees included
- ✓Certified copy of your filed articles or certificate of good standing from the Ohio Secretary of State

Orders start with a short message so we can confirm the details and quote the total in writing. Existing clients can also request this from their portal.

- We ship. Tracked, to whichever address you name.
