Good to know
- Renewal is a service renewal, not a state deadline. You'll see the date in your portal and get an email before we charge.
- Cancel any time. Billing and workspace access end with the period; your appointment stays active until a new agent is filed, and documents already received remain available to you.
- State filing fees for naming or changing an agent are paid to the Ohio Secretary of State, not to us.
